When registering for a Danish course

When we have received your registration, we will request a referral from Aalborg Municipality for your Danish course. Once the referral has been issued, you will receive a message from us asking you to pay the deposit.

When the deposit payment has been registered, you will receive information about an assessment to determine your level, and afterwards you will receive information about the start of your Danish course.

The deposit will be refunded when you have passed the module and the final Danish exam, but only if the module/exam is passed within the time limit that applies to the respective module.

The deposit will be paid out upon written request to Language Center Aalborg and will be refunded within one month. In your written request, please provide the bank account number to which the amount should be transferred.

You may cancel your registration by sending a written request to Language Center Aalborg.

Payment

Language Center Aalborg accepts payment by Dankort / VISA-Dankort, MasterCard, Visa Electron, foreign VISA cards, JCB, Maestro.

When registering for exams

Upon registering for an exam, you will receive a confirmation from Language Center Aalborg.

Afterwards, you will receive more detailed information about the administration of your exam.

Cancellation of an exam registration must be submitted in writing to Language Center Aalborg no later than 30 days before the exam date.

If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the exam, the fee will not be refunded, but it can be transferred to the next exam period.

In case of illness, you must contact Language Center Aalborg no later than the day of the exam. To receive a refund of the exam fee, a medical certificate must be presented, which you must pay for yourself.
