Apply for special exam conditions

If you wish to apply for special exam conditions, you must submit a short written application. Fill in the fields below and send your application.

Submit your application in due time

You must submit your application no later than 8 weeks before the exam date. Remember to attach the relevant documentation. Without valid documentation, your application cannot be approved.

Extended exam time

You may receive 25 percent extra time to answer the questions.

Assistance from a helper

A helper appointed by Language Center Aalborg will be present. The helper may assist you in understanding the instructions but may not help you choose the correct answers.

Taking the exam in a separate room

This option is available for individuals with social anxiety, PTSD, or ADHD. You will take the exam together with a maximum of four other participants.

Use of your own computer with assistive software

Assistive software may include AppWriter, CD‑Ord, Into‑Words, or similar programs.

This option is for individuals with dyslexia. You must bring your own computer with your own assistive programs installed. The exam tasks will be provided as PDF files on a USB flash drive.
